Make Your Gift Personal!

What could be a more personal gift than a deck of photo playing cards with pictures of family members, pets, or vacations?

Photo Playing Cards can move your pictures from a dusty photo album to a prized position as a center of attraction that will bring pleasure for years to come.

Your deck can use 1 photo to 55 photos.

A wide range of options is available for the fronts of the cards.

Pictures can be used with or without captions.

Custom spots are another option.

Generic fronts are also available.

I also make numbered cards similar to the cards sold by Hasbro under the Rook® name.

The cards at the right are examples of this style.

These cards can either have a photo or a generic number.

Creights is a game where cards cause other players to skip turns, draw extra cards, or reverse the direction of play.

Paul Thomas did an excellent job of incorporating the instructions on the cards themselves, making it easy to remember what each card does.

I'm very aware of people who have poor vision. My mom has macular degeneration and has completely lost the vision from one eye. She has poor vision in her remaining eye.

The design shown here is an alternative to standard cards that I call "easyview".

This card was designed for easy reading and is available on all cards with no setup charge.

A jumbo index option is also available for people who just want large symbols in the corners.

This well done deck was made for Father's Day.

Some of my customers have created incredible works of art for their kings, queens, and jacks.

About The Cards

My cards are printed on a high end laser printer that has been customized so that it can accept the stiff playing card stock that is 3 times heavier than the printer was designed for.

The cards are then laminated with an ultra thin coating of plastic to provide a tough, glossy finish that will last far longer than an ordinary deck of cards.

Finally, the cards are stamped out and put in a clear plastic case.

The card at the right was scratched on the top with 30 strokes of a scouring pad to show how easy it is to damage ordinary coated cards.

If you click on the card, you will be shown a YouTube video that shows how my laminated cards stand up to more abuse than normal coated cards, including attack from a vicious "permanent" marker.

The tough plastic coating on each card gives this deck a durability to last through a lot of happy times.

Years of usage by friends and family however, or seconds of more vigorous usage by the family dog can eventually destroy the cards. For this reason, I keep backups of all the edited pictures so that when the inevitable accident occurs the cards can be replaced without paying the setup fee again.
